Refund policy

Returning an item is easy — just follow these 3 steps:

1. Send an email to support@streetammo.dk with the following information:

Order number.

Item(s) you wish to return.

Refund method:
- Exchange (remember to state which size you'd like to exchange it for)
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method (only possible within 14 days of receipt)

2. You will then receive a return label from us (please note: this costs 49 DKK if you use this return label when requesting a refund to your original payment method).

3. Send the package back via your nearest PakkeShop.

We do not accept returns if:
- The item does not appear as new
- The return deadline has passed
- Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing
- The item has perfume, makeup, smoke odor, or similar
- The item is not securely packaged
- We reserve the right to refuse an unrequested return

If a return is refused, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost again.

Please note:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- The customer bears the transport risk during return shipping
- The prepaid return label is only available for returns sent from within Denmark. Customers outside Denmark are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
